Schematics are not only used to drive the ECAD systems they are also used to document the circuit design and to ensure that the design intent is communicated efficiently across the systems design team.

We have extensive experience in creating schematic diagrams that are easy to read while following the signal flow through the circuit. We are well versed in both flat and hierarchicalschematic creation across the full range of supported EDA flows. Total Board Solutions can create schematic design data as part of the layout process or simply to support your initial design reviews and feasibility studies.

We can work with you in a variety of ways when creating your schematic data by either making use of your existing company library or if required creating our own library data. Whichever approach meets your needs, we are fully equipped to deliver. Our library development capabilities enable us to quickly and easily create the necessary elements to support your requirement; whether it is simply the symbols or a full library suite such as component footprints and the logical to physical association we have the appropriate knowledge.

As part of the delivered data set we can create searchable PDF’s of the schematic, so if you do not have access to the design software you are still able to view the data in an intelligent format.

You can provide the schematic data to us in a number of ways either electronically using powerpoint or PDFs to the original medium – scraps of paper, whichever approach used we will work closely with your design team to ensure that the correct functionality is captured accurately and efficiently.
